Medical Insurance
Titan offers eligible employees a choice of Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or Point of Service (POS) comprehensive medical plans that provide preventative treatments, a three-tier option prescription plan and catastrophic coverage for individuals and their families.
Dental Insurance
Our comprehensive dental plan features preventive check-ups every six months that are covered 100% and allows employees to select a dentist within the network plan or, if they wish, to continue receiving treatment from the dental practitioner of their choice.
Life Insurance
Titan provides company-paid life insurance coverage for all employees. Additional voluntary insurance options are available with automatic payroll deductions.
Short Term Disability Insurance
All Titan employees are covered by NJ State Short Term Disability Insurance. Out of state full time employees are provided short-term disability through Wagner (unless covered by a state mandated plan). These plans provide income protection in the unfortunate event the employee becomes disabled and it unable to work.
Long Term Disability Insurance
In the event circumstances render an employee unable to work for extended periods of time, Titan pays the full premium for this benefit, providing income protection and peace of mind for employees and their families. This benefit commences after the third month of disability.
Flex-Spending
An option that enables Titan employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to a special account that can be used to offset medical costs not covered by the health care provider or to help defray the cost of dependant child and elderly parent care.
401K and Profit Sharing
Like most companies these days that are concerned for their employees’ senior years, Titan offers an excellent 401k retirement plan in which any pre-tax dollars contributed to the plan are matched up to 6% of the employee’s annual compensation. Additionally, Titan Tool may make an additional profit sharing contribution to the plan based on overall profitability. All Titan employees are automatically enrolled in these plans after three months of service to the company.
